This was a burger made from Greenland Farm's ground beef; Moth was reluctant about giving me a package but!

Mixed into the burger were:

soy sauce

oregano

salt / pepper

and adorning it:

Simon's homemade bread

Gouda cheese

spinach

Quite nice.
